You MUST be at least 16 to get Tattooed in Florida
If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must get a Release Form signed by a Parent and Notarized to get a TATTOO and the Parent also has to be present.
If you're under 18 you must get a Release Form signed by a Parent and Notarized to get a PIERCING and if you're under 17 the Parent also has to be present.
